1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClawComm mobile application ("App") operated by Gcexperts LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Invitation-Only Access
ClawComm is a private application available exclusively to users who have been explicitly invited and authorized by Gcexperts LLC. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access, credentials, or invitation with any other person. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
3. Description of Service
ClawComm is a voice-powered AI communication platform. The App allows authorized users to speak commands or queries, which are transcribed and processed by AI systems, with responses delivered via text-to-speech. The App connects to backend systems designated by the Company.
The App is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use ClawComm only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or network connected to the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems
- Share, sublicense, or resell access to the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Gcexperts LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the App. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
6. User Content
Any voice input, text, or other content you submit through the App ("User Content") remains yours. By using the App, you grant Gcexperts LLC a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate the App and deliver responses to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. You represent that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR INAPPROPRIATE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GCEXPERTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gcexperts LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gcexperts LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
