Gcexperts LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ClawComm mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use ClawComm. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
ClawComm is an invitation-only application. Access is limited to users who have been explicitly authorized by Gcexperts LLC.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the App:
- Voice audio: Audio recorded during your use of the App is transmitted to our servers for transcription and processing. Audio is not stored permanently after a response is delivered.
- Transcribed text: The text version of your voice input is processed to generate a response. Conversation logs may be retained for a limited period to support quality and reliability.
- Device information: We collect basic device identifiers (such as device model and iOS version) to ensure compatibility and deliver the App reliably.
- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the App (such as session duration and feature use) to improve performance and reliability.
We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information through the App itself.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Process your voice input and deliver AI-generated responses
- Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the App
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating ClawComm.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with the following categories of service providers solely to operate the App:
- AI processing providers: Voice and text data is transmitted to AI service providers (including Anthropic, PBC) to generate responses. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
- Infrastructure providers: We use cloud hosting services (Amazon Web Services) to store and process data. These providers operate under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
5. Data Retention
Voice audio is deleted after your session ends and a response is delivered. Transcribed conversation text may be retained for up to 90 days for reliability and support purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Device and usage data may be retained for up to 12 months.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. All data is processed on servers located in the United States. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
ClawComm is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
